This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location is ideal, being pretty close to the main plaza of Merida, making it convenient for exploring the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and we especially loved having a window that opened to the actual outside.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

We decided to stay at Casa because two weeks earlier we stayed at the Fiesta Americana and were extremely disappointed with it. Casa should be 5 star not 4 and Fiesta should be 4 star and not 5!!! The hotel is very modern, flat screen TV's with lots of channels, you even get breakfast. It's basic, but it's there! And the price was really good too. I would definitely stay again.
Nothing wrong with this hotel.

The hotel was close to things I wanted to do. The local street festival was great, good food.
If you are driving you need a good map and GPS. The streets can be very confusing.

Lovely, large rooms and bathrooms. Staff remembered me from last stay. Extremely helpful and personable. Convenient location near Paseo Montejo. Within walking distance to Centro and shops/restaurants. Noche Mexicana nearby on Saturdays.
Couldn't fault.

the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with big bathrooms, they are also clean and nicely furnished. The location is also good, near the city centre.
Breakfast could be upgraded, the choice is quite limited, although you get basic products: coffee, juice, yoghurt, some fresh fruit, toasts, cold meet and cheese

Spent Xmas at this gem of a hotel and it was a great experience! Rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. , loved that they had free internet and a healthy breakfast. But the best aspects of this hotel had to be its location. Such a key location, close to many restaurants and a short distance from the main plaza. Plus, it was a block away from live music and incredible street food on Saturday night.
While the hotel itself was fantastic, its location on a noisy street was a downside. the sidewalks were small, and the area was not the safest for walking during the day.

The hotel does not respect the room rate, arguing the exchange rate (US Dollar vs Mexican Peso) agreed between you and them. so the final price was higher than I've expected.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of this wonderful city. The location is superb, just a short walk to the main plaza and the vibrant Paseo de Montejo. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the attention to detail, from the modern design to the clean private bathrooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. And to top it off, the included breakfast was a great perk to start my day.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Staff very nice and helpful.
Not in a good position for visiting the city (within ten streets from the city center, 15 minutes walking). The city is safe, so is not a real problem.
